    I recognize it’s effin’ tough out there, so we need lots of ways to adapt. Our work together focuses on helping you expand your personal toolbox of both internal and external skills. We’ll expand your toolset to include therapeutic skills such as coping when life gets extra, emotional regulation, and self-soothing, alongside practical skills like cooking, organizing, and nourishing yourself.

    I am available to support you through mental health counseling and therapy services and can provide insurance reimbursement paperwork for clients in the state of Maryland. Let's talk, write, cook, dance, move about it! I can help you make room for the pain of life, while also feeling more connected to the joys and positive experiences, and I know there are many ways for us to get there!

  • CULINARIAN

    Cooking has long been central to how I connect, heal, and build community. The kitchen is a uniquely human space—one everyone enters, where stories are shared, culture is expressed, and relationships are formed. Because everyone eats, the kitchen naturally softens hierarchy, creating a more equal and relational context for connection. For me, cooking has been a way to repair my heart and foster fellowship, and I invite others into the kitchen as a safe, welcoming place to be known.
