Art as Relationship
Art has been a constant relationship in my life—one that deepened during the COVID pandemic and continues to evolve. During that time, making art became a way to stay connected, grounded, and responsive to the world around me. Since then, a sketchbook has lived in my purse at all times, ready for moments of noticing, processing, and play.
My art is not about perfection or performance. It’s about process: showing up, experimenting, responding, and letting meaning emerge. Making art is one of the ways I stay in conversation with myself and my environment, and I see it as a practice that invites curiosity rather than judgment.
You’re invited to engage with this work in whatever way feels right—whether that means viewing it, living with it, or supporting the process by purchasing a piece. Each piece holds a moment of attention and care, and becoming part of someone else’s space is an extension of that relationship.
If you’re interested in acquiring artwork or learning more about the process behind a piece, I’d love to share more.
